Study Pennsylvania Partners with Online Housing Marketplace for Students, 4Stay

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE:

WASHINGTON, D.C. [July 20, 2020] — 4stay and the Study Pennsylvania (StudyPA) consortium have formed a strategic partnership to provide a comprehensive housing platform to students and scholars at participating StudyPA member institutions. This platform offers affordable and easily bookable housing options around college and university campuses in Pennsylvania.

“In this challenging time, during and post the COVID-19 outbreak, this partnership will provide international students with easy access to the housing options they need. COVID-19 travel restrictions and uncertainty about the future point to decreased student mobility” said StudyPA Chair and Temple University assistant vice president for International Services and Cultural Activities Martyn J. Miller, PhD. “Assisting our members with the student and scholar housing will enable them to focus more on the basics — enrollment and retention,” he added.

4stay will provide its customized housing solution to all participating Study PA member institutions. The consortium will host a tailored housing page, which will have available 24/7 customer support. The page will link to a tech platform to manage on-campus or off-campus housing inventory. Partnering with 4stay and its access to more than 250,000 listings will enable Study PA members to save time on matching students with available housing. “At 4stay, we developed an inclusive technology to transform on and off-campus housing to accommodate the needs of students, interns, and young professionals. We are excited to introduce this StudyPA and its members”, noted Akobir Azamovich, CEO and Co-Founder, 4stay.com
